COVID 19 Safety Policy Purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Odisha by reputed courier agencies. Until further notice, all dispatches and deliveries will be delayed due to interruption in logistics functioning caused by COVID 19. Unfortunately, we cannot commit to dispatch or delivery timelines during this time and request you to bear with us. Please refer to our COVID Safety Measures Policy for more details.
Deliveries will be made between 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM from Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).
If you are not available to receive your package, please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbor, etc. However, the brand takes no responsibility for the package received by an alternative person.
Neo Sanjivani is not responsible for damage after delivery.
However, all claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service within 48 hours of the day of delivery.
We offer free shipping on all orders. Rs 49 is charged for COD orders within India.
You will be notified by email as and when your product is dispatched from our warehouse. Hence, we recommend you mention the correct email ID during the checkout process.
Please note the following:
- The orders are shipped directly from Odisha.
- Shipping address refers to where the product has to be shipped and therefore you are requested to mention your complete address with pin/zip code and a working phone number.
- Billing address refers to the address where a customer receives their credit card or electricity bills.
If you wish to cancel your order with us please note:
The order can only be cancelled if and only if, it has not already been shipped.
If the order has been paid for through a credit card or net banking and has not yet been shipped, we will refund the order in full amount.
However, once the order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will not be entitled for any refund and it will become a return on your side.
